Depending on your needs, we provide a pricing option that best works for you.
OPTION 1: “I ENJOY THIS STUFF, I JUST NEED A LITTLE HELP TO PICTURE IT ALL”
Looking for just ideas on certain designs, color schemes and furniture ideas? Then a Room Board is what probably makes the most sense for you. The prices are based on room size. At the end you will receive a one page PDF on recommendation for paint color, window treatment, furniture selection (sofa, tables, chairs), lighting and select accessories. This will provide you with an idea of what to look out for when you are shopping on your own.

OPTION 2: “I NOT ONLY NEED HELP WITH IDEAS, I NEED HELP WITH WHERE TO BUY EVERYTHING FROM”
This includes a Room Board like option 1, but goes one step further with where to purchase your items. At Miral Designs we source pieces from a variety of brick and mortar stores (Arhaus, Target, Restoration Hardware, Ethan Allen, Pottery Barn, Ballard Designs, etc) as well as online retailers (e.g. Wayfair, Amazon).

OPTION 3: “HELP! I DON’T KNOW WHERE TO START, I NEED YOU TO DO IT ALL!”
$70 Hourly Rate
This is where you have a blank slate. Whether you are building a home or looking to remodel an existing room, this is probably your best pricing option. Everything is priced out on an hourly basis and includes an in-home consultation. Depending on your need, we come back and provide a recommendation and with your approval and edits, excecute the room board. An average in-home consultation is estimated to be one hour/per room. In-home consultation is where we will discuss your needs and wants for a particular space and take measurements and photos.
Since this option may include updates to architecture and space of a room, prices are estimated with the appropriate general contractors and painters.
Option 3 is currently only available for clients living in select Chicago suburbs (Evanston, Glenview, Morton Grove, Northbrook, Skokie, Wilmette, Winnetka). If you are located near one of these cities, please reach out to confirm availability.
